About Sensa
Last updated:
Sensa is a visitor-feedback tool for physical spaces — libraries, museums, bookstores and shops. It turns any tablet into an anonymous feedback kiosk: visitors answer one to a few questions with a single tap each — a smiley face, a 0–10 scale or yes/no — and staff see the results on a live dashboard broken down by location. Sensa is built in Košice, Slovakia, by founder Matúš Marcin.
Key facts
- What it measures: Net Promoter Score (0–10), agreement statements (0–10), a four-face smiley scale, yes/no questions and optional free-text comments.
- Hardware: none sold — runs in the browser on any iPad or Android tablet you already own.
- Privacy: anonymous by default. Visitors don’t log in, and Sensa doesn’t ask survey respondents for names or emails. All data is stored in the European Union.
- Languages: the Sensa website and dashboard are available in English and Slovak.
- Setup time: about ten minutes from sign-up to first response.
- Who it’s for: public libraries, museums, bookstores, shops and other places with walk-in visitors.

How Sensa compares
Sensa competes with dedicated feedback terminals and general survey tools, but keeps the focus narrow: anonymous, tap-to-answer feedback in physical spaces, on tablets you already own, with no per-device hardware cost.
